The Women's Health Clinic provides diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant diseases of the female reproductive system and breast in accordance with international clinical guidelines.

The Clinic provides comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for precancerous conditions, benign tumors, and malignant neoplasms of the female reproductive organs.

The National Center of Oncology's advanced technological capabilities and multidisciplinary team of highly qualified specialists enable highly accurate diagnosis of oncological diseases, supporting the selection of the most appropriate treatment strategy and optimal clinical outcomes.

Diagnostic and Treatment Services

The Clinic provides:

• Colposcopy using a Leisegang colposcope
• Diagnostic hysteroscopy
• Diagnostic laparoscopy with biopsy
• Biopsy of lesions in any location within the female reproductive system, including endometrial biopsy
• Sentinel lymph node biopsy using ICG (indocyanine green) fluorescence
• Surgical treatment of endometrial cancer using laparoscopic techniques, including the latest ICG fluorescence-guided approach, as well as open surgery
• Surgical treatment of ovarian cancer, including staging and cytoreductive procedures
• Surgical treatment of cervical cancer, including radical hysterectomy with lymph node dissection
• Surgical treatment of vulvar cancer, including radical vulvectomy with lymph node dissection
• In selected cases, fertility-preserving surgery for young women with cancer
• Laparoscopic surgical treatment of benign tumors, including uterine fibroids and ovarian cystic tumors
• Reconstructive surgery for pelvic organ prolapse using laparoscopic and vaginal approaches
• Diagnostic and therapeutic hysteroscopy for intrauterine pathologies

The Clinic also provides diagnosis and treatment of dysfunctional/hormonal and inflammatory diseases of the female reproductive system.

Conservative treatment includes medical management of benign cervical conditions, treatment of hormonal/dysfunctional disorders of the female reproductive system, and treatment of benign conditions of the external genitalia.

• Sentinel lymph node biopsy using methylene blue, indocyanine green, and radioisotope techniques (blue dye and gamma-probe-guided SLNB)
• Nipple reconstruction
• Breast lipofilling (fat grafting using the patient's own adipose tissue)
